How are the labels going to make money?

While the label tax idea isn’t smart,  i would be happy to pay a monthly fee to have be able to stream or access music everywhere I want it. Artists need to get paid but as Fred points out - it’s has to get easier to pay the right people.

Can’t agree more. The music tax is certainly going to appeal superficially to people who steal most of their library, and this is what makes it so dangerous. Hopefully our venerable law makers can see beyond that. As far as I’m concerned, please…somebody…let me pay you for unlimited access to music.
